Our establishment can be adapted for meetings, conferences, corporate events and private parties and have a capacity for anything from 2 to 600 guests.

Our magnificent halls and rooms have unique interior, with a mix of historical and modern times. With Nalens you always get a dedicated coordinator who, together with you, holds the planning together from the first viewing and through the entire event. With us you can, for example, have a party, dinner, concert, gala premiere, film recording, art exhibition, wine tasting, photography, kick-off or celebrate an unforgettable birthday. The possibilities are endless! Nalen can offer an extraordinary event with personal service, entertainment, music, dance and first-class food and drink.

Unique environment creates unique meetings
Welcome to meet in any of our seven unique meeting rooms in different sizes, from 2 to 450 guests. We have four smaller conference rooms and three large halls, and they include most of what is needed for a successful conference: inspiring environment, materials and technology, well-prepared food and experienced staff.
A coordinator is involved in planning your visit and you will be received on site by a conference host, who is always available for you.
Nalen's unique environment creates new conversations, both during the meeting and when you socialize in between.

What's a party without a well prepared dinner? And how do you cope with an all-day conference without a delicious lunch? For us at Nalen the craftsmanship behind the food is just as important, regardless of whether you have two or two hundred guests. We prepare all food and desserts from scratch in our own kitchen. Sustainability and environmental awareness are two important topics and that is why we have The Nordic Swan Ecolabel. The certification is both a seal of quality towards our customers, as well as a certificate of our work.
We update all menus regularly and of course offer special diets.
Technology for day and night
Modern technology meets ancient history
Nalen has been a hub for Stockholm's cultural life since 1888. Hundreds of concerts with different types of bands and artists are organized here every year. With us, you get access to our professional lighting and sound system as well as our very experienced staff.
During the day, all conference technology is always included and there is a conference host on site.
In the evening, we offer a number of technology packages, where you choose the one that suits your event best. Our four smaller conference rooms are Cabaret, Narva, National and Ceders salon. Our three large halls are The Big Hall, Harlem and The Pelar Hall.
The Nordic Swan Ecolabel at Nalen
For us at Nalen, sustainability and environmental awareness are two important topics, which is why we have had the Nordic Swan Ecolabel for a long time. The certification is both a seal of quality towards our customers, as well as a certificate of our work.
Some of the sustainable measures we have taken are to limit food waste and transport, to have increased source sorting, to use sustainable electricity and heating and to have a large proportion of eco-labelled ingredients in our kitchen.
We also offer completely organic meals and are happy to help in more ways, no matter what kind of event you are organizing.
Here are some tips on how you, as a conference booker and conference guest, can contribute to reducing the climate impact.
• Avoid food being wasted by ordering the right number of portions in relation to the number of participants
• Feel free to ask to bring food if you can't bear to eat at the event
• Feel free to take home leftover fika bread from the afternoon coffee. We provide paper bags for that purpose
• Nalen is located in the middle of Stockholm's city with good transport links, so take public transport
• Only print on paper when absolutely necessary
• Use our bins for source sorting
• Feel free to reuse your coffee cup or water glass during the day
• Feel free to choose vegetarian options
